Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control-Concepts 1039-V-480V-50A-F40-POT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Copley-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mean-Well parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Control-Techniques product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Copley-Controls such as the TEL09010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OP7100PS65R8 manufactured by Mean-Well and we are pleased to be able to service most Mean-Well systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SE23400150 by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Control-Systems-International Brand 33012502 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Converteam such as 23X2198P60 equipment made by Converteam have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Converteam products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Converteam" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C1038731 made by Control-Engineering as well as the popular C80030REV100 original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 505CP5434 by Control-Technology and 23X2198P60 spares by Converteam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
